Jita - Alliance and Corporation area for Fanfest

For Fanfest 2007 we will now for the first time provide small private areas for the player organizations of EVE Online.

Alliances and corporations will now have access to special areas on the Fanfest location reserved for them. This will be a place for the players to take a break from the busy schedule of the Fanfest, hang out with friends from all over the world and a central location for them to meet up during the Fanfest.

The forum thread for the Jita area can be found here, and the registration is here.

Location:

The alliance and corporation areas are located just off the main food court at the Fanfest area and right next to the lecture halls. This gives easy access to food, drinks and the main attractions of the Fanfest.

Perks & Services:

Tables and seating will be provided to each area. We are hoping to be able to offer members of the alliances and corporations to purchase at cost a print out of their alliance logo, either as a personal keepsake or to decorate and mark their areas. Other services and/or perks will be advertised in advance if they become available. Please visit our forum discussion if you have a question or a good idea.

Rules For Registration:

  1. The area is limited so we will operate on a strict first come first serve rule.
  2. A minimum of 5 people per group to be eligible for a private area.
  3. Smaller groups may sign up together to meet the minimum number of people required. For example: Alliance A has 3 members attending and alliance B has 4 members attending. Alone they are not eligible for an area during the Fanfest, but if they sign up together they have 7 members and can sign up for an area together. Single corporations, not affiliated with any alliance can sign up with other such corporations or with an alliance.
  4. Each group has to designate one of their members to be the contact person for their group. This person will be in touch with the organizers for any news updates, changes in their roster and other details. Groups should have that person picked out when they sign up to prevent confusion.
  5. Last day of registration is the 25th of October.
  6. Be tidy and respectful of your designated area. Do not feed the fedos.
  7. Seating will be limited. Please be mindful of your neighbors and share seating as necessary.
